If your Whistle Activity Monitor doesn't respond when you press the button or if it won't go into charging mode, you may need to reset the device, but this is easy to do.

1. Press and hold the Whistle button for 15 seconds then wait for the Whistle indicator light to flash green.

2. Wait another 10 seconds, then attach your Whistle to the charging dock.

If you still have issues after resetting, click Submit a request.
