At Whistle, we want to make sure you get as much use and enjoyment out of our product and features as possible.
Our Community is an important part of the Whistle experience and you can now find extra information and tips on using the Community Board. You can also submit a request for extra help, or send us feedback simply to tell us what we're doing well, or what you'd like to see added or improved.
1. In the Whistle app, tap the Menu icon and select your pet.
2. On the Timeline screen, tap the Add icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap the Support icon.
4. On the Support screen, tap the option you want to use:
- View the Support Centre
- Submit support request
- Send feedback
