Find My Pet

We know that when searching for your pet, every second counts. That's why we focused on including this important feature: the ability to override battery save mode and begin using the Find My Pet feature more quickly. You’ll no longer have to wait until your dog’s tracker disconnects from WiFi in order to start tracking, making it easier to start the search for your wayward pup when you see them escape.

Tap the “Find My Pet” button at any time to initiate a tracking session that updates every 15 seconds for 30 minutes. If the device is also within Bluetooth range at the time, you will see the Bluetooth Proximity Meter, which can provide directions to a nearby device.

In Bluetooth range, the Find My Pet session should start very quickly. If the pet is home but you’re away, it may take up to one hour to disconnect from WiFi and start the Find My Pet session (because the device checks in on WiFi once per hour). Of course, if your pet leaves WiFi range, the tracker will still switch to cellular mode and allow for faster tracking, as normal.
