How Do I Upgrade My WHISTLE ™ ?

You will be able to carry over your existing WHISTLE Subscription and Pet Profile to your new Whistle device. 

In the Whistle App, please follow the steps below to setup your new Whistle:

 1. In iOS - Tap on the Human tab bottom right icon 
     Under Devices, select Add or replace a Whistle device



In Android, tap on the profile tab bottom right icon
Under Whistle Device, tap Replace {your pet}'s Whistle device





2.  Tap on Whistle device (Depends on the model you purchased).




3.  In iOS, tap on Your Existing Pet's Name that you will be upgrading. Android users will have selected the pet in the first step




4.  For GPS devices (Go Explore or Switch): Tap on the Safe Place You Are At to begin setup. 

 

5. Follow the remaining steps to complete setup. Please make sure to keep your new device on the charger until the LED on your device turns green AND you receive a notification that activation is complete.
