I Received a Replacement WHISTLE™ FIT or Health. How Do I Set It Up?

These instructions apply if you have already created your WHISTLE™ account. 


If you were unable to create a Whistle account with your previous device, please see How do I set up my Whistle FIT?


To Activate your Replacement Whistle FIT or Health, follow the steps outlined in the steps listed below: 


  1. Tap on the Human icon in the bottom navigation bar on the far right
  2. Tap Add a Whistle device
  3. Select Whistle FIT or Health
  4. Follow the instructions to charge your device and connect to Wi-Fi (Fit only) or Bluetooth (Health only)
  5. When you reach the “How are you using your new Whistle device?” screen, select the pet that you are replacing the device for
