My WHISTLE™ FIT or Health Doesn't Light Up and Will Not Charge
Last Update:Oct 19 2022 8:18pmFor a WHISTLE™ Fit or Health that has no light and isn't charging, please try the following:
1. Try plugging your Whistle Fit or Health in using a different charging cable
2. Move your Whistle Fit or Health to another outlet, or try a computer USB port
3. If you are using a wall adapter, ensure the power output is 5V 1 amp
4. If your device still won't charge or illuminate the LED while plugged in, follow these steps to reset it
Plug the included cable into the Whistle FIT or Health (must use cable sent with device - it has the Reset button on it)
Plug USB into a power source - a computer or laptop USB is recommended
Press and hold the small reset button on top of USB port until the LED turns off
Continue to hold for 10 seconds then release
LED will turn back on and the reset is complete
