My WHISTLE™ FIT or Health Doesn't Light Up and Will Not Charge

For a WHISTLE™ Fit or Health that has no light and isn't charging, please try the following:

1. Try plugging your Whistle Fit or Health in using a different charging cable

2. Move your Whistle Fit or Health to another outlet, or try a computer USB port

3. If you are using a wall adapter, ensure the power output is 5V 1 amp

4. If your device still won't charge or illuminate the LED while plugged in, follow these steps to reset it

 

  • Plug the included cable into the Whistle FIT or Health (must use cable sent with device - it has the    Reset button on it)

  •  Plug USB into a power source - a computer or laptop USB is recommended

  • Press and hold the small reset button on top of USB port until the LED turns off

  • Continue to hold for 10 seconds then release

  • LED will turn back on and the reset is complete
