If purchased on Whistle.com
If you are not satisfied with your Whistle tracker, you can return it within the first 30 days of the tracker’s purchase date. You will receive a refund for the cost of the tracker, as well as a refund for any unused subscription value if canceled within 30 days of starting the subscription (unused subscription value is prorated based on time remaining on the subscription term).
If Purchased On Amazon, Chewy or Another Authorized Reseller
If purchased through an authorized reseller, your Whistle tracker is subject to the seller's return policy. However, you can receive a refund for any unused subscription value if canceled within 30 days of starting the subscription (unused subscription value is prorated based on time remaining on the subscription term).
How Do I Know If I'm Buying From An Authorized Reseller?
If you're not sure if the seller is an Authorized Reseller, contact our Customer Support team and we'll help you confirm!
➡️ If you purchased from an authorized reseller or a third party reseller and you return the device, you will still need to cancel your subscription either in the app or by contacting Customer Support. Returning your device in this case doesn't also cancel the subscription! Only Whistle can access your account information, for your privacy and security! Check the subscription status in your Account Information in the Whistle app or contact Support if you want to be sure
