Whistle Health 2.0 Setup Guide

Get ready to understand your pup like never before with the Whistle Health 2.0 smart device! 

Here's how to get started:

1. Charge your device

Remove your Whistle Health device from the box and charge it using the provided micro USB charging cable

2. Get the Whistle app

On your smartphone, visit the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) to find the Whistle app. Download the app and create your account.
Be sure your phone's operating system is at least version 9 (Android) or 16 (iOS). The Whistle app will not work with older operating systems

3. Set up your device

Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and that the Locations Permissions for Whistle are set to "Always Allow." Why?

In the Whistle app, follow steps to pair your device with your phone via Bluetooth. Then:

4. Create your pet profile

Answer the questions in the Whistle app to create your dog’s profile

5. Enter your credit card information and activate your subscription to the annual plan 

6. Place on your pet and begin tracking!

Once charged, place the device in the provided case and attach to your pet’s collar. For the first 7 days, Whistle will analyze data from your pet’s device to establish averages. After 7 days, you will receive your first Wellness Score.
