If your pet's icon does not appear on the Whistle map, there are various things you can check.
- If you're looking at the Whistle map on our Web app, have you cleared your browser's cache and cookies? Refer to your browser's help files for more information.
- Is the tracker in an area of poor coverage? Check our Coverage Map.
- Is the tracker in an area that could block GPS access? If your pet is deep within a building, surrounded by tall buildings or near large reflective surfaces (snow, water, etc.), it may be more difficult for the GPS satellites to find the tracker
