2. After receiving your return authorization, package your Whistle and send it to our warehouse, following the instructions provided.
3. About 5-10 days after we receive your Whistle, we will process a refund using your original method of payment.
- Do not send us your Whistle before requesting a return, as this may delay you getting your refund.
- Make sure you ship your Whistle to us immediately, as we must receive it within 14 days of the return authorization date to process the refund.
- Associated shipping fees are not eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
- If your product is damaged due to reasons that are not covered by our warranty, it is also not eligible for a refund.
