What steps do I need to take to cancel my Whistle subscription?

90 Day Return Policy 

If Purchased On Whistle.com

If you are not satisfied with your Whistle 3, you can return it within the first 90 days of the tracker’s purchase date. You will receive a refund for the cost of the tracker, as well as a refund for any unused subscription value if cancelled within 90 days of starting the subscription (unused subscription value is prorated based on time remaining on the subscription term). If you selected a monthly plan with 12 month commitment, you will be released from the commitment. 

If Purchased Through Another Authorized Reseller:

Your Whistle 3 is subject to the reseller's return policy. However, you can receive a refund for any unused subscription value if cancelled within 90 days of starting the subscription (unused subscription value is prorated based on time remaining on the subscription term). If you selected a monthly plan with 12 month commitment, you will be released from the commitment.

Subscription Refunds and Early Termination Fee

If you selected our monthly subscription plan and request to cancel after the 90 day trial period, you will be charged an Early Termination Fee (ETF). Your ETF will be a prorated refund and calculated by the months that have been unused then only charging 50% of that.

If you selected our 1-year or 2-year subscription plan and request to cancel your subscription before the 90 day period, you can receive a prorated refund for the months unused. After the 90 day period, a refund is no longer available.
