If purchased on Whistle.com

If you are not satisfied with your Whistle 3, you can return it within the first 90 days of the tracker’s purchase date. You will receive a refund for the cost of the tracker, as well as a refund for any unused subscription value if cancelled within 90 days of starting the subscription (unused subscription value is prorated based on time remaining on the subscription term). If you selected a monthly plan with 12 month commitment, you will be released from the commitment and no Early Termination Fee will be applied.

If Purchased On Amazon, BestBuy, Chewy or Another Authorized Reseller

If purchased through an authorized reseller, your Whistle 3 is subject to the reseller's return policy. However, you can receive a refund for any unused subscription value if cancelled within 90 days of starting the subscription (unused subscription value is prorated based on time remaining on the subscription term). If you selected a monthly plan with 12 month commitment, you will be released from the commitment and no Early Termination Fee will be applied.
