If your FIT is charged but the app is not showing any activity (or the activity it shows seems very off), your device may require a reset. To reset your Whistle FIT:

  • Plug customer cable into the Whistle FIT (must use cable sent with device - it has the Reset button on it)
  • Plug USB into a power source (power cube not shipped with device)
  • Press and hold the small reset button on top of USB until the LEDs turn off
  • Continue to hold for 10 seconds then release
  • LEDs will turn back on and the reset is complete
