During set up, you may receive a message on your Whistle app saying that the tracker still needs to sync with the server to update your Safe Place.

This message occurs when the tracker can't acquire a strong enough cellular signal through AT&T to finish the set up process. This could mean that the signal strength is limited in the area, but it could also simply mean that the tracker is in a less than ideal spot in the house - such as a basement or central room with no windows.

If possible, relocate the tracker and charger to another area, closer to a window, to allow the activation to complete.
