We want everyone to love their Whistle GO Pet Tracker, which is why we offer 90 days to play, risk free. If you or your pet don't love the Whistle GO during those 90 days, you can get a full refund on the purchase price (if purchased directly from whistle.com), as well as a pro-rated refund on unused time of your subscription plan.

Note: The device refund applies only to orders made through our web store at Whistle.com

  1. Submit a Ticket
  2. After receiving your return authorization, package your Whistle GO and send it to our warehouse, following the instructions provided.
  3. About 5-10 days after we receive your Whistle GO, we will process a refund using your original method of payment.

Notes:

  • Do not send us your Whistle GO before requesting a return, as this may delay you getting your refund for the purchase price of the device.
  • Make sure you ship your Whistle GO to us immediately, as we must receive it within 14 days of the return authorization date to process the refund.
  • If you purchased as part of a 'device + service' bundle, failure to return the device will result in a non-returned hardware fee equivalent to the retail MSRP ($99.95)
  • Associated shipping fees are not eligible for a refund under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
  • Unused time on a pre-paid subscription is eligible for refund and will be pro-rated to the end date (e.g. if cancel 60 days into a 1-year plan, eligible for refund on remaining 305 days of pre-paid time).
  • If your product is damaged due to reasons that are not covered by our warranty, it is also not eligible for a refund.
