If your Whistle GO will not charge after you have been using the device for a while, please follow the steps below to help resolve the issue.
How to Hard Reset:
- Plug the charging cable into the Whistle GO, and the USB end with the reset button plugged into a computer or an AC Adapter.
- Press and hold the reset button on the end of the charging cable for 10 seconds
During this time the LED on the Whistle GO will turn off, and once you have released the button, the light will turn on either green or amber within a few seconds (depending on how full the battery is).
