How do I delete or remove a pet from my WHISTLE™?

To remove a pet in the Whistle app, you would cancel your subscription for that pet's service. 

To cancel, please contact our support team at support@whistle.com any time, or call us at 1-855-999-0471
We're available by phone Monday - Friday between 10am and 6pm EST


We ask that you contact us to cancel so that we may verify that the requester is authorized to change or cancel your account. This helps to protect your, and your pet's, security

However, you can also cancel the subscription for that pet in your Whistle app if you prefer!
