How To View Your Subscription Details

In iOS:
- Tap the Human tab icon in the bottom menu
- Scroll down to Account and tap Subscription
If you have more than one subscription, they will all be displayed here - Select the subscription you'd like to view
The Subscription page will list all your current subscription plans.
In Android:
1. Tap on the Profile tab on the bottom navigation bar
2. If you have more than one pet, you can toggle between them by tapping the icon in the upper left corner. This will show you that pet's subscription. To view or manage other pets, follow the same steps in each pet's profile
3. Scroll down to Subscription and tap it
Subscription will only show under the main account holder, and includes
Plan type, renewal date, renewal amount, update payment method, cancel subscription
For both apps:
The Subscription detail will display:
The plan type
All Whistle subscriptions are currently One year plans. That means the subscription is paid in advance for one year before it auto-renews.
(If you still have a Month-to-Month or Two year plan, it will show here as well, but we no longer sell these for new plans)
The date the subscription will auto-renew
Payment details
This is the last 4 digits of the card on file, the card you submitted to be charged for the subscription when you selected and activated your plan. That card will be automatically charged annually at renewal. You can change or edit the card details here
"Cancel" button
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can tap the Cancel button here and submit the cancellation. Be sure you see the confirmation information
If you have more than one pet, you need to cancel each one separately. Cancelling one subscription does not cancel all of your subscriptions
