My WHISTLE ™ FIT or Health is charged but isn't tracking my dog's activity in the App - what can I do?

If your FIT or Health is charged but the app is not showing any activity (or the activity it shows seems very off), your device may require a reset. 

 

To reset your WHISTLE FIT or Health:

  • Plug customer cable into the Whistle FIT or Health (must use cable sent with device - it has the reset button on it)

  • Plug USB into a power source (power cube not shipped with device)

  • Press and hold the small reset button on top of USB until the LED turns off

  • Continue to hold for 10 seconds then release

  • LED will turn back on and the reset is complete
