My WHISTLE ™ FIT or Health is charged but isn't tracking my dog's activity in the App - what can I do?
Last Update:Oct 25 2022 7:27pmIf your FIT or Health is charged but the app is not showing any activity (or the activity it shows seems very off), your device may require a reset.
To reset your WHISTLE™ FIT or Health:
Plug customer cable into the Whistle FIT or Health (must use cable sent with device - it has the reset button on it)
Plug USB into a power source (power cube not shipped with device)
Press and hold the small reset button on top of USB until the LED turns off
Continue to hold for 10 seconds then release
LED will turn back on and the reset is complete
