My WHISTLE™ Health & GPS+ (SWITCH™) Will Not Charge

When to use this article:

1. If your WHISTLE™ Health & GPS+ (Switch™) battery has no light when plugged in for the first time

2. If your Whistle Health & GPS+ battery has no light when plugged in after using it for a while


For a Whistle Health & GPS+ battery that has no light and is not charging, please try the following:

1. Try plugging your Whistle Health & GPS+ battery in using a different charging cable

2. Move your battery to another outlet, or try a computer USB port

3. If you are using a wall adapter, ensure the power output is 5V 1 amp

4. If your battery still won't charge or illuminate the LED while plugged in, please reach out to our support team for assistance
