What Is The Warranty for Your WHISTLE ™ Device?

WHISTLE Pet Trackers have a six month product warranty from purchase date, from any of our authorized retailers. If you experience any technical issues within six months of purchase, we'll troubleshoot and replace the device if necessary without charge.

Purchases made from third-party sellers are not covered by the Whistle warranty. If you bought your device from a third-party seller, you will have to contact that seller for assistance
Whistle ONLY sells the Whistle SWITCH (Health & GPS+) at Amazon. If you bought any other Whistle device from Amazon, you will need to contact Amazon for assistance with returns or replacements. Whistle does not have an Amazon Storefront

Note that the product warranty does not cover damage or loss of the Whistle device. 
Damage includes pet damage like chewing, charging a wet device, or using an improper charging source
