The App Doesn't Recognize My Address

No problem - just drag the home zone to your property

When setting up your WHISTLE™ GPS device, you'll be prompted to enter your address to set up your Safe Place.  It's possible that the app (Google) doesn't recognize the address you’ve entered. If this is the case, enter an address close to your home and then drag the Home zone to your property. 

You may find that your Home zone is automatically placed in the wrong area even if you're able to enter your address. This is totally fine, as we only use the address to create the Safe Place on the map.  Simply drag the Home zone over your home with the incorrect address.

We don't use GPS coordinates on the map (and not the physical address) to alert you when your pet leaves Home.
