How to Reset Your WHISTLE Health & GPS+ (SWITCH™)
Last Update:Apr 29 2022 3:12pmWHISTLE Health & GPS+ (SWITCH™) resets every time you swap a battery, which cycles the internal components and boots up again once a new battery is installed. This ensures that your tracker is always in sync and stays up-to-date on your pet's health and location information.
If you find that your Health & GPS+ isn't responding as normal, or doesn't have a flashing blue light on the tracker when you install a battery, remove the battery, wait 30 seconds to a minute, and then re-attach the battery. If there is still no response from your device, try swapping to a different battery. When plugged in, a Health & GPS+ battery should illuminate first orange (while charging) and then green (while fully charged), so you'll always know when your batteries have enough charge.
If your battery does not illuminate orange or green when plugged in, try a different outlet or USB cord. If the battery still does not charge or your Switch does not respond after swapping out a charged battery, please reach out to our support team for assistance!
