Why didn't my dog qualify for sleep wellness trends?

Last Update:Oct 21 2022 5:16pm

If you are not receiving wellness trends for your dog, it means that your dog's WHISTLE ™ device did not (1) collect and/or (2) share data from enough nights of sleep in the past week.

We need at least three (3) full nights of sleep in which your Whistle was able to collect and share information from the time that your dog went to bed to the time that they woke up.

You can solve this by (1) keeping your device charged and on collar through the night, and (2) making sure your Wi-Fi network is communicating with your device (if applicable).

If you take your dog's collar and/or Whistle device off before bed every night, our algorithms will recognize that your Whistle tracker is not attached to your dog and will not qualify for sleep wellness trends.

If you have never added a Wi-Fi network to your GPS-capable device, then you can add one! If you already have a Wi-Fi network connection and aren't sure if your device is talking to your network, try deleting your network and then adding it again.
